Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead the planning, coordination and delivery of construction projects from commencement to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, to the required quality and safety standards, and in accordance with contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Delivery: Develop project plans, programmes and resource requirements; monitor progress, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.

• Project Coordination: Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure effective project execution,

• Cost & Contract Management: Work closely with Management and teams to monitor project costs, budgets, variations, claims, cash flow and contractual obligations.

• Quality, Technical & HSE Management: Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, health and safety requirements and applicable regulations.

• Risk, Procurement & Resource Management: Identify and manage project risks, coordinate procurement and resources, and address issues that may affect project cost, quality or timelines.

• Reporting, Team Leadership & Handover: Lead project teams, monitor performance, prepare management reports, maintain project documentation and coordinate project completion, close-out and handover.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree or Masters (is a plus) in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building Technology.

• Professional certification/membership of a relevant professional body is necessary.

• Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in construction/project management, with demonstrated experience managing construction projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, cost control and contract administration.

• Proficiency in Project Management software’s and any other software skills
