  1. A consortium of organizations; ChildFund Korea, Children Believe and AG CARE Ghana, being financed by KOICA is implementing a project; “Quality and Inclusive Early Childhood Education Services for all Children Phase 2 (QAIECE 2)” in the East and West Mamprusi Municipalities of the North East Region of Ghana. The project seeks to ensure quality kindergarten basic education opportunities to support the physical, cognitive, and psychosocial development of 4–5-year-old children in the project area.

  2. AG CARE Ghana in partnership with Children Believe and ChildFund Korea is therefore, soliciting for potential Vendors to supply any of the following:

Lot A: Supply of Tables and Chairs (Ref: QAIECE-2/TC/26/01)

  • The tables should be 40 inches in diameter and 19 inches high.

  • All the stands of the tables should be made using square metal and 3-quarter plywood for the top of the table.

  • All tables should be painted with six different colours

Chairs for KG Children

  • Age group: 4 - 5 years

  • Durable medium plastic chairs

  • All chairs should be six different shades colours

Tables for teachers

  • Category of users: Teachers

  • The tables should be 2.5ft high with ¾ plywood top being 4ft by 2ft with 2 lockable drawers

  • All the legs and frame should be made from redwood

  • The chairs should be 3ft high at the back side, and 1.5ft high in front with the seating area being 1.33ft by 1.33ft

  • All chairs and frames should be made from redwood

 
AG CARE Ghana now invites sealed bids for the proposed supply of any of the items listed in Lot A.

Interested eligible bidders may submit a sealed envelope containing the following document:

  1. Cover letter

  2. A pro-forma detailing the unit price, quantity and total price for each of the items including transportation cost for furniture to Zangum (West Mamprusi Municipality) and Soasobigi and Sumniboma (East Mamprusi Municipality).

  3. Valid Registrar General Certificate

  4. Valid GRA Clearance Certificate

  5. Experience with similar supplies

  6. Prices quoted should be inclusive of all taxes, must be in Ghana Cedis and shall remain valid for 45 days from the closing date of bid.

Completed bid documents are to be enclosed in sealed envelopes marked with Bidder’s Name and Reference Number and delivered on or before 1st September 2026 at 4:00pm.

A box to receive tenders will be placed at a vantage and secure place in the Organization for the tenders to be placed inside.

Late tenders will be rejected. Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
