Background
The Clinton Health Access Initiative, Ghana (CHAI), is issuing this Request for Quotations (RFQ) to invite qualified suppliers to submit quotations for the supply of one Toyota Fortuner - 4X4 SUV. CHAI is a global health organization committed to saving lives and improving health outcomes in low- and middle-income countries by enabling the government and private sector to strengthen and sustain quality health systems.

Scope of Requirements
CHAI is soliciting quotations for the supply of one Mid-to-full size 4X4 SUV based on the minimum requirements detailed below:

Offerors are required to use the template in Annex A below (on vendor letterhead) when responding to this solicitation. All quotations must specify, in addition to the above, the following:

The following documents will be required as part of the due diligence process for successful vendors:

• Business registration documents, including Certificate of Incorporation and any relevant operating licenses

• Physical address of principal place of business and registered office location

• Tax clearance certificate or equivalent proof of tax compliance

• Withholding Tax Exemption letter (where applicable)

CHAI reserves the right to request additional documentation where necessary.

This solicitation is subject to CHAI’s standard terms and conditions and, if applicable, CHAI’s donors’ terms and conditions of the Resultant Agreement. For the purpose of developing bids, please note that the following standard terms apply:

Ethical Conduct and Conflicts of Interest
In accordance with CHAI’s Global Code of Conduct and Conflict of Interest policy, CHAI is committed to conducting procurements with integrity and objectively selecting suppliers and vendors. CHAI maintains a zero-tolerance policy for acts including but not limited to collusion among vendors, submitting falsified bids, bribery, and/or other forms of fraud. Vendors engaging in such conduct will be disqualified from current and future opportunities. CHAI employees and others acting on CHAI’s behalf are prohibited from accepting or asking for bribes, gifts, fees, or any other object of value or compensation related to doing business.

Procurement Overview and Deadlines
All quotations must be received by 31st July 2026, 5PM GMT. Quotes should be emailed to ghanaprocurement@clintonhealthaccess.org. Quotes received after the due date and time will be considered late and to be considered only at CHAI’s discretion. CHAI reserves the right to extend or cancel this solicitation at any time. CHAI may also reject all offers, if such action is in CHAI’s interest.
