SALES & MARKETING EXECUTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated, target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join the team of our client, a dynamic Ghanaian IT firm offering a wide range of digital solutions including Website Development, Software Development, Digital Marketing, Cybersecurity, IT Procurement, and USSD technology. Our client is committed to empowering businesses and communities through technology. We seek a motivated and results-driven individual to grow the company's brand, expand its market reach, and increase sales across its products and services.

The ideal candidate is a results-oriented professional with the ability to build brand awareness, generate new business opportunities, and convert those opportunities into sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of products and services.

• Develop and execute bold marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration

• Actively prospect, pitch, and close new clients across target industries

• Manage and grow the company's social media presence and digital campaigns

• Create compelling content for promotions, email marketing, and advertising

• Meet and exceed set sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis

• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals

• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities

• Prepare and present regular sales and marketing performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field

• 3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

• Strong knowledge of social media marketing and digital advertising

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills

• Creative thinking with a results-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and thrive under pressure

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic design tools is an advantage

• Knowledge or interest in the technology industry is a plus
