Qualification

• Diploma / Degree in Guidance & Counseling, Psychology, or related field

• 2+ years experience in a school setting is an advantage

• Licensed or registered with GES/GCBT is an advantage

What You Will Do

• Provide academic, social, and emotional support to pupils

• Conduct individual and group counseling sessions

• Identify and support pupils with learning or behavioral challenges

• Collaborate with teachers and parents on student welfare

• Organize career guidance, life skills and anti-bullying programs

• Keep confidential records and submit reports to management

Skills Needed

• Excellent listening, communication and interpersonal skills

• Empathy, patience and professionalism

• Strong report writing and record-keeping skills

• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
