We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Transport & Logistics Officer to manage and optimize our transport operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will oversee daily transport and logistics operations, including fleet management, scheduling, and coordination of shipments. They will ensure goods are moved safely, on time, and in compliance with industry standards and company policies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Transport Operations

Manage fleet scheduling, route planning and vehicle utilization.

Coordinate loading, unloading, warehousing and distribution activities.

Ensure compliance with Ghanaian transport regulations and company policies.

Logistics Coordination

Liaise with shipping lines, customs, and regulatory authorities.

Monitor KPIs such as delivery timelines, cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Prepare transport and logistics reports for management review.

Compliance & Efficiency

Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and operational standards.

Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Transport Management or related field.

3–6 years’ experience in transport/logistics operations.

Strong knowledge of fleet management, customs clearance, and supply chain processes.

Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP/TMS systems preferred.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.
