SENIOR MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

We are a busy professional firm which is seeking an experienced consultant who will be responsible for management consulting services.

• You will lead a smart team in delivering best practices in performing the following activities: a) engaging with prospective clients, b) developing proposals c) providing consultancy services in the areas of governance, organizational development, operational systems, information and communications, training and capacity building, d) developing reports and e) making Board-level presentations on a variety of technical, business, industry and sectoral areas.
• You will also develop strategies for marketing and developing the firm’s business. Our clients are from the Governance, Development, Oil and Gas, and other sectors.  They include Government organizations, Development Partners, NGOs and Multinationals whose expectations must be exceeded.

Required Skills or Experience

• The role will require a professional with at least 10 years working experience in true consultancy practice, preferably acquired across public, private and NGO sectors locally and internationally.  
• He/she will have a solid first degree in the Humanities, Social Sciences, Business, HR, Economics or related discipline and post-graduate qualifications in International Business, Governance and Administration, Policy, Finance, Law, Natural Resources or a related discipline from recognized universities and/or business schools.
• Analytical ability, capacity to make reasonable deductions and recommendations, accuracy in statistical analysis, superior communication and meticulous report writing skills are critical to this role.
• The candidate will also have the ability to train and make business presentations. 
• He/she must be able and willing to work late and to set a good example to his/her team.
