The above Institute (AATI) is a private secondary, technical and vocational high school accredited by the Ghana Education Service. The school is located at Patriensa, near Konongo in the Asante Akyem district. The Institute offers three year senior high school programmes leading to the West African Senior Secondary Examination (WASSE).

Job Description

The school has vacancy for the position of Principal (Headmaster). The position will be available from July 1, 2015.

• The school Principal serves as the educational leader, responsible for managing the policies, regulations, and procedures to ensure that all students are supervised in a safe learning environment that meets the approved curricula and mission of the school.
• Inherent in the position are* the responsibilities forscheduling, curriculum development, extracurricular' activities, personnel management, emergency procedures, and facility operations.

Required Skills or Experience

• Prospective applicants should have a professional qualification (preferably a Masters degree but first degree with the right experience would be considered) and
• A minimum of five years work experience as a former Principal (Headmaster) or a comparable position.
