Summary of Key Responsibilities:

The welder engineer under the direct supervision of the Quality Assurance Manager will be in charge of organising and optimising the implementation of welding processes within the project.

• Proposes new welding processes and possibly takes part in their development.
• Establishes and/or participates in the preparation of technical documents (Quality Plan, dimensional inspection procedures, drafting of NDT procedures, etc.).
• Drafts the manufacturing instructions for welding procedure qualifications (QMOS), the welding specifications and welding sheets and filler product sheets.
• Is the dedicated contact for customers on welding issues.
• Takes the necessary measures to minimise risks jeopardising Quality, Safety and the Environment
• Proposes and carries out improvement actions, corrective and/or preventive actions.

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in any of the Engineering related courses, IWE degree is preferable.
• Applicant must have one year (1) year, working experience in O&G
