72 Hours is a growing microfinance Institution which seeks to employ energetic but experience and dedicated young persons to fill the position of Mobile Bankers.

Job Purpose:
Purpose of the job is to find customers and mobilize funds for the company.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Handle sales and marketing of all company products
• Mobilizing deposits from our customers and meeting our targets
• Build and maintain a good customer relations
• Prospecting for new customers
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, etc.
• Generating reports
• Perform other tasks assigned to you by your superior

Required Skills or Experience

• The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a West African Secondary School Certificate or a diploma in business studies
• The person must have excellent negotiation and prospecting skills.
• He must be hardworking, energetic, customer oriented and discipline.
• He must be a resident of the following areas: Dome, Haatso, Madina, Odorkor and their surrounding areas.
