Job Description

A Reputable Electrical Engineering company located in Accra is looking for Project Manager.

• Manage and coordinate all projects by establishing manpower, budgets, scheduling, equipment and materials.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies
• Collaborate with project engineers and site engineers to ensure consistency of electrical design as well as prompt and safe delivery of all projects.
• Ensure project profitability is maximized.
• Expedite delivery of all materials & equipment and monitor quality of work on site throughout all stages of the project(s)
• Ensure, maintain and develop professional relationships with clients
• Prepare monthly progress report for the project director
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones as well as track project milestones and deliverables.
• Provide guidance to project/site engineers in selecting cost effective methods of project execution.
• Attend project related meetings on behalf of the company

Required Skills or Experience

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferably electrical engineering).
• A second degree in project management or certificate in project management 
• A minimum of 5 years’ working experience in project management.
• Good team and time management skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Competence in use of MS Project Software and AutoCad.
• Good report writing skills.
