Job Description

The successful candidate shall be responsible for building and managing the company’s online community. The role reports to the Marketing Manager

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENT

• Develop strategies to increase engagement and interaction in social media
• Ensure the online reputation of company’s brands
• On behalf of the brands, manage company’s Twitter, Instagram streams and participate in the dialogue with customers on the company’s Facebook pages (following the conversational plan and content calendar)
• Develop and maintain relationships with key community members. Identify the best community members across social media platforms and company’s web sites site. Identify bloggers / e-influencers
• Consolidate and share consumer discussions with the rest of the team, work closely with brand teams and the digital team

Required Skills or Experience

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

• A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce, Sales and Marketing
• Minimum of 2 years in Alcohol Beverage or FMCG
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Must have experience with social and metrics tools
• Ability to speak and write in both French and English
