A Non-Bank Financial Institution invites applications from experienced, highly motivated, proactive and resourceful persons to fill the position of CREDIT EXECUTIVE

• Provide professional support to Head, Credits and the Credits Division in
• Customer Relationship Management, Credit Risk Management, Credit Evaluation, Loan Monitoring and Recovery.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Conduct background investigations into the character and credit worthiness of credit applicants
• Assess Credit applications and process them for consideration by the Credit Committee
• Recommending to Head of Department for consideration and approval of all facilities.
• Ensuring that all conditions for facility approvals are adhered to before disbursement
• Ensure that all facilities are within approved Credit Policy guidelines and comply with Bank of Ghana requirements
• To ensure that security provisions per facilities are in accordance with Bank of Ghana Requirements
• Monitoring facilities to ensure prompt repayments in accordance with terms of facilities
• Recommend to Head of Credits Department the transfer of non performing accounts to Loan Recovery Department.
• Carry out any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the Head, Credit

Required Skills or Experience

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• First degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics with three years (3) post qualification relevant working experience. Part qualification in ACIB, ACCA, ICA (GH), ICAEW, CIMA (UK) is an added advantage,

Masters in Finance, Marketing, Economics, Mathematics, and Statistics with two (2) years post qualification relevant experience
