Duties:

• Planning and realization of balanced dish offers
• Exclusively preparation of Dinner based on European cuisine
• Preparation and Follow-up of cooking processes
• Organization and calculation of goods purchase
• Incoming goods inspection including Commodity care, Quality control, Monitoring of stock levels and storage time
• You work independent and responsible

Required Skills or Experience

• Successfully completed professional training as a cook
• Experience in communal catering
• Experience and passion for preparing European meals
• Characteristics as Reliability, organizational skills, operational readiness and creativity
