Job Description

Human Resource Manager maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Strategy & Planning

  • Drive and facilitate the Company’s organizational growth initiatives
  • Promote and communicate the Company’s Vision, Mission, Values, and Strategies to current and potential employees 
  • Collaborate with Senior Management and employees to foster a work environment and culture that aligns with Vision, Mission, Values, and Strategies
  • Serve as an internal advocate for all employees
  • Work with Senior Management to ensure an appropriate and effective Performance Management System is in place and followed
  • Work with Senior Management and Employees to ensure competencies and skill sets are appropriate
  • Ensure for consistency for recruiting and policy implementation and all recruiting initiatives and employee relations
  • Effectively communicate the Company’s internal HR policies and procedures through a variety of tools
  • Ensure the Company’s complies with all HR-related legal requirements and government reporting regulations
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors.

Required Skills or Experience

  • 8 years working experience
  • 5 years’ HR experience
  • Record of accomplishment with successful organizational change management
  • Proven HR professional with a track record of success in driving well-respected human resources strategies, systems and processes
  • Strategic focus while “hands on" and comfortable immersed in day-to-day department operations
  • Demonstrated collaborative style with outstanding communication skills and a passion for  creating and maintaining a culture of teamwork and accountability
  • Optimistic, high-energy, high initiative and empowering professional who thrives in a changing, high growth environment
  • Team player, comfortable interacting with all levels, decisive, hands-on and proactive
  • A style that is direct, committed to results while empowering and encouraging others to take initiative
  • Self-starter, motivated, organized, detailed-oriented and able to handle simultaneous projects/priorities.
  • Strong technology skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
  • Ability to motivate in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.)
