Job Description

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Maintain and develop customer and prospect database.
• Plan and carry out direct marketing activities to agreed budgets, sales volumes, values, product mix and timescales.
• Maintain daily reports, weekly reports & monthly reports of market visits & activities.
• Plan monthly PJP and follow strictly after co-ordination with peers.
• Respond to and follow up sales enquiries by personal visits.
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through planned individual account support, and liaison with internal order-processing staff.
• Ensure timeline on  the delivery of the orders, liaison with the logistics.
• Monitor and report on market activities and provide relevant management information.
• Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys.
• Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge and skills.

Required Skills or Experience

• Should have more than 10 years working experience
