Job Description

Position Title : Sub-Cluster Head - CART Reports to : Country Head Function : CART Location : Accra and Kumasi
Basic Data	Function description
	A Sub Cluster Head would be responsible for driving operational excellence throughout the function and in meeting the CART revenue against budget across Ghana

	Contacts of the function
	External to WHG
	Local Community, Consumers, Distributors, NGO partners and Sales promotion Agency

Roles and Responsibility	Areas of Responsibility
	#	Tasks
	1	Define the Annual Operating Plan and the Budget for the function
	2	Manage delivery operations
	3	Define and conduct relevant training programs for field personnel
	4	Update plant dossier to keep it current with business - market, competition, other factors
	5	Implement all processes and policies related to CART

Supervisory Role	Number of Staff Controlled

Next Level	The incumbent could grow upto the role of Head - CoBU

	Years of Experience: The incumbent should have about 8-10 - years of experience of working in FMCG or manufacturing concern as Sales and distribution Manager
