Job Description

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities
• Carry out monthly valuation of work in progress, including forecasting of final costs and sales
• Prepare and monitor projects cash flow forecast
• Measure, value, submit and negotiate contract variations
• Provide advice to project staff on commercial and contractual matters including review and drafting of correspondence
• Commercial vetting of sub contractors tenders and contracts
• Certification of subcontractors’ monthly valuations and final accounts
• Monitor all relevant information in relation to projects including labour, materials and subcontractor cost

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of BSc degree in Engineering
• At least 3-5 years working experience in the MEP secrvices
• AutoCAD literate
• Experince in the MEP services
• Proven working experience in mechanical engineering
• Adequate knowledge of engineering analysis tools (ANSYS, ProMechanica or similar)
• Mathematical computing and analysis tools knowledge (Matlab, Excel, LabView etc)
• Creativity and analytical skills
• Ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner
• Technical writing skills
