Job Description

  • The successful candidate will provide leadership, direction and resource stewardship to the Company Sales function.
  • He / She is accountable for overall sales organization performance, the profitable achievement of sales organization goals, and for aligning sales objectives with Group business strategy.
  • He/she manages business development aspects of the Company in all trade and distribution channels, with a primary focus on sales revenue and lead generation by developing and monitoring the execution of the Sales and distribution plans in line with market developments and business objectives, in order to stimulate company growth, increase its revenue and position through growing numeric distribution and coverage.

Required Skills or Experience

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related discipline
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Sales and Business Development preferably in Retail or FMCG industry, 5 years of which in a managerial position.

  • Ability to work independently and in a group setting
  • Self-motivated with strong leadership and team player skills
  • Required proficiency in usage of Microsoft office suite (word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Good command of English
