Job Description
- A reputable youth-focused social enterprise is looking to hire a goal-oriented marketing executive. The above mentioned executive will be required to come up with a marketing programme which primarily includes mobilising prospective candidates needed for the hospitality industry, organising and attending youth career programmes, building, and maintaining and engaging a candidate database.
- This job requires about 60% of fieldwork. We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic persons who are keen to learn, excel and be an integral part of a youthful and vibrant work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing, planning and project managing the publication of all publicity material to maximise organisations brand.
- Creating market campaigns and mobilising prospective candidates
- Creating and developing new innovative ways to communicate the company message to prospective clients and candidates.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme.
- Communicating with target audiences, growing new lead of candidates managing candidate database.
- Sourcing opportunities and placing adverts in various media outlets and hospitality institutions.
- Managing the production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters etc.
- Organising and attending seminars, conferences, receptions, training events etc.
- Being a main support system for the marketing manager and assisting other colleagues.
Required Skills or Experience
- HND or University graduate with a minimum Second Class Upper
- Demonstrable leadership skills through in extra curricular or school activities
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office, and social media

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
