Main One seeks to employ visionary, focused and effective individuals with sound track records and relevant abilities to fill the following position in Accra, Ghana: Technical Sales Engineer

PROFILE
The Technical Sales Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end technical delivery of the customer solution, which involves performing technical pre-sales and post-sales support activities in the delivery of the company's products and services to its customers. The Technical Sales Engineer must also ensure the clients’ and the company's needs are met by providing support on product, business and technical knowledge:

Required Skills or Experience

• A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent in Information Communication Technology/Electrical Engineering or other relevant fields
• Good understanding of telecommunications/engineering principles, transmission, access networks, IP networks etc.
• In-depth knowledge of Transmission technologies such as SDH, Microwave, Fibre transmission, etc.
• In-depth knowledge of IP and IP related technology and protocols such as BGP, MPLS, DNS etc.
• Cisco CCNA/CCDA/CCIP/CCNP/CCDP certifications
• At least 5 years industry experience
• At least 2 years’ experience in a Solutions Architect role
• Strong background in solution design with focus on IP/MPLS/IPLC/VoIP/Metro Ethernet/Data Centre/Collocation/Cloud technologies
• Very good knowledge of Main One’s products and services.
• Experience in designing and deploying standardized VoIP technologies; SIP and H.323
• Good oral and written communication skills
