Job Description

• Supervise and provide technical leadership for the applications programming and software support staff, including responsibility for hiring and evaluations.
• Maintain quality assurance and currency for application systems development.
• Perform analysis oversight during initial design and problem solving-of programming assignments.
• Insure completed assignments meet departmental standards and that documentation is complete.
• Insure user training information is coordinated with user software support assistant.
• Maintain a general working knowledge of all applications and in-house enhancements; act as primary technical contact with software vendor in person and through Internet. 

Required Skills or Experience

• 2+ years experience in IT administration and support
• Degree or diploma in Information Systems
• MCITP
• CCNA
• A+, N+
• Strong MS product knowledge
