Job Purpose
The relationship Officer’s role is to provide clients with an overall positive relationship with the bank. The role should understand clients' businesses as well as their industries and introduce more products to clients.  

The Position

• The position reports administratively to the Branch Manager and functionally to the Quality Service Manager.
• The position is based in the Madina Branch.

Key Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

• Manage client relationship for high net worth and SME customers on both savings and current accounts.
• Create accounts for new client and introduce more products to existing clients. 
• Grow the client base, deposits, and profits.
• Promotes and cross sell the bank products and services as appropriate to customer requirements.
• Sets up a customer feedback channel and reports to the branch Manager

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university or college.
• 2-3 years’ experience in similar field gained from a service oriented, banking or similar industry background.
• On the job training in relationship management and managing customer service operations. 
• Ability to handle difficult people and tense situations with diplomacy and tact
• Should have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have thorough understanding on finance and the products and services that the bank offers
• Should be friendly and approachable 
• Be astute in figuring out customer needs while speaking to the customer
• Should be good at convincing customers
• Should be a good salesperson
