Job Description

Job Purpose
To provide leadership to a team of branch staff to deliver social and business 'objectives of the branch. 

Main Responsibilities

• To provide effective leadership for the day-to-day activities of the branch. 
• To ensure operational policies/systems are adhered to and adequately implemented. 
• To ensure effective training programs are conducted for staff to strengthen and update their skills in financial administration. 
• To submit monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, portfolio and impact reports of the branch.
• Ability to handle all branch operations within company standards
• Identifying/solving arising problems
• Ensuring quality/efficient employee work
• Meeting goals & objectives
• Marketing branch to external clients

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a related field;
• Must have a HND/ Degree in Banking & Finance etc. or a relevant professional qualification;
• Extensive experience on the operational activities of a financial services company
