Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the post of Senior Lecturers or Lecturers at Heritage Christian College (HCC), Amasaman, Accra in the fields of Accounting, Marketing, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, and Computer Science or Information Technology.
HCC is accredited by National Accreditation Board and affiliated to KNUST. It offers degree programmes in Business, IT and Theology.

Responsibilities
The position will entail duties such as:

• Planning and instructing courses in the day, evening and weekend degree and professional programmes;     
• Selecting, acquiring and organising information to aid students in their studies;
• Recommending textbooks and other materials to the department/faculty head;
• Creating an enabling environment for learners to explore and live the HCC vision;
• Keeping students informed about course contents, requirements and evaluation procedures;
• Serving as role-model and facilitator towards students' development and growth;
• Acting as professional advisor to students and providing the needed guidelines for research and self-studies;
• Maintaining tutorial and advisory hours for consultation;
• Attending departmental and faculty meetings, college assemblies, professional development, orientation activities and other meetings;
• Integrating and applying Biblical principles and Christian philosophy of teaching and mentoring students for spiritual and entrepreneurial development;
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Required Skills or Experience

• PhD in Accounting or Business Administration
• PhD in Marketing
• PhD in Computer Science or Information Technology
