Job Description

• We are a reputable Fashion company in Accra seeking to employ a performance driven and a goal oriented Sales/ Out - Sales Executives.
• The successful candidate shall be responsible for selling the company’s products in our various shops and out of shop to prospective customers.
• The role reports to the Sales Supervisor or Shop Manager.

Role Specific Requirements:

• Responsible for selling the company’s products in our various shops and out of shop to prospective customers
• Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position; researching and analyzing sales options
• Approach potential customers with the aim of winning new business as well as maintaining good relationships with clients.
• Act as a contact between the company and its existing and potential markets
• Responsible for making repeat sales to employer’s existing customers
• Negotiate the terms of  an agreement and close sales
• Ability to write good sales report at close of month
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Other duties assigned by Sales Supervisor

Salary: GH¢ 350 - GH¢ 450 gross plus Commission

Required Skills or Experience

• HND in marketing or other related fields
• At least 2 years’ sales experience in a customer focused business environment
• Performance driven & goal oriented
• Ability to meet monthly targets
• Creative and good presentation skills
• Sales Planning and independence
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good computer skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Attention to detail.
