A reputable Hotel seeks the services of a Hotel Manager.

Hotel Manager Responsibilities

• Manage Budgets
• Maintain financial records to aid decision making
• Plan maintenance work, events and room booking
• Handle customer/employee complaints and queries
• Promote and market the business
• Provide training on changes in services
• Work with security officers to promote a safe atmosphere for guests and staff
• Oversee beverage and food operations for events and individual guests
• Provide input to strategic decisions to develop the business

Required Skills or Experience

Qualifications/Requirement

• A minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management
• A minimum of 3-5 years experience in the hospitality industry
• Conversant with hotel management software
• Exceptional communication skills
