Job Description

A reputable Hotel seeks the services of a Chief Chef

Responsibilities

Estimate food consumption
Select and develop receipes; standardize production recipes
Ensure proper equipment operations.
In-depth Knowledge of sanitation priniciples, food preparation, baking techniques and nutrition.

Required Skills or Experience

A minimum of HND or a certificate in related field
Proven work experience as Chef with restuarants and hotels
At least 1-3 years working experience.
