Job Description

Job Purpose

To drive the team to achieve the right Liability (Current and Savings account) mix.

Job Responsibility

The candidate is responsible for

Manage and Supervise Mobile Bankers.
Ensures that all Mobile Bankers in your team achieve set targets.
Submit Deposit and Accounts Reconciliation Reports to Branch Manager.
Steps in for Mobile Bankers in case of Absenteeism, ill Health, Resignation, etc.
To ensure prompt responds to clients request in a timely and professional manner.

Reporting:

The Sales Coordinator shall report to the Head, Retail

Required Skills or Experience

A first degree from a reputable University.
At least two (2) years relevant experience in a reputable financial institutions
