Role Profile

The selected candidate will be responsible for planning and scheduling various project workloads. He or she will also gather and analyze information to prepare status reports.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure that assignment and scheduling of work follow company policy.
• Generates forecasts, variance reports, and other documentation used to monitor and manage projects.
• Researches and reports on economic, legal, and other factors that may impact project success.
• Evaluates current procedures and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects and the reduction of issues due to scheduling errors.
• Understands and utilizes standard planning and scheduling methodologies and tools.
• Prepares plans and schedules for small and routine projects.
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
• Tracks costs using work orders and invoices.
• Documents work orders and projects and closes them in scheduling systems.
• Monitors schedule compliance levels and identifies reasons for completion shortfalls.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in project management or any related discipline.
• 1 – 3 years of related experience

• Must be comfortable with handling invoices and slashing costs whenever possible
• Must possess think critical thinking and good judgment
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work effectively in high-pressure situations
