JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for gathering product requirements, determining specifications, production timetables, pricing and training of end users on the product. The role reports to the Director.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

• Analyse operation team’s needs into a prioritized product roadmap.
• Assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
• Provide information for management by preparing reports and analyses.
• Use technology as a solution for business and operational challenges.
• Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in an e-commerce site or marketplace.
• Ability to write technical requirements and user stories, authoring Product Requirement Documents (PRD).
• Prior experience on building a CRM tool will be a bonus.
