Job Description
We are a reputable Fashion company in Accra seeking to employ a performance driven and a goal oriented Field Sales Executives to secure mass orders for its production wing. The successful candidate shall be responsible for:

• Promoting digital embroidery services to customers and negotiate digital embroidery contracts with the aim of maximizing revenue for Bulluk Ghana Limited.
• Approaching potential customers with the aim of winning new businesses and maintaining a good relationship with existing clients.
• Effectively enhancing the brand image of the company through sales and marketing.

Role Specific Requirements 

• To scout for digital embroidery orders , school uniforms and other mass orders
• To ensure sampling and acceptance procedures are followed
• To ensure order delivery timelines are adhered to
• To ensure the highest level of customer service and customer satisfaction are met
• To Build business through recognizing prospects and selling to them
• To maintain relationships with the existing as well as new clients
• To evaluate and study the position of the identified prospects in the industry
• To research about different sales options and analyzing them
• To sell the company products/services by creating contacts and further making relationships with the prospects
• To recommend solutions to any problems faced by the clients
• To provide proper information, guidance and support to the clients hence enhancing the relationships
• To recommend new opportunities and improvements in terms of clients profits and losses
• To study the current market trends for a product and identify improvements
• To analyze the competition brand closely
• To be able to work with a team and achieve the desired results

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree or HND in marketing or other related fields 
• At least 2 years’ sales experience in a customer focused business environment
• Performance driven & goal oriented
• Ability to meet monthly targets
• Creative and good presentation skills
• Sales Planning and independence
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Good computer skills 
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Self-motivated and outgoing
• Attention to detail.
