Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans for the brand and business
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from idea to execution
• Monitor performance and evaluate the impact of marketing campaigns
• Create monthly marketing budgets and allocate funds.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for the company's website or social media platforms to attract our target group
• Responsible for the overall company's brand management and corporate identity
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time

Salary: GHS 1500 - GHS 2500

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree in Marketing
• Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing and sales
• Numerically literate and comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets
• Up to date with latest marketing trends in digital marketing
• Availability to travel as necessary
