Required Skills or Experience

• Process check-in, check-out of guests
• Process researches, verbal, written as well as other correspondence
• Provide information about the Guesthouse, PRECEVID and the training hotel
• Handles the telephone switchboards
• Receives both guests complaints and special requests and handle them appropriately
• Computer bills, collects payments, and handle money/currency exchange
• Performs simple bookkeeping activities such as balancing cash accounts
