Job Description

1. Accounts Receivables including;
   • Daily collections 
   • Collect deposit into our system 
2. Accounts Management including; -
   • Receivable reports 
   • Customer Accounts settlement and Reconciliation  
   • Cash Account Audit 
   • issuing of customer balance confirmation and ensure 
   • Receipts of customer’s confirmation to ensure SOP’s have been followed.
3. Foreign Vendor payment
4. Processing of Forex Vendor payment
5. Responsible for Payment of Statuaries
6. Any other duties as may be assigned by Management

Required Skills or Experience

• Qualification: A minimum of bachelor’s Degree/HND in Accounting with a part qualification in ACCA/ICA 
• Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the Manufacturing / FMCG Sector Preferred candidate must have excellent knowledge in ERP Application
