Job Purpose Summary

The Business Systems Manager will be responsible for all aspects related with the company’s ERP – SAP B1, hardware, OS, networks and other software. If necessary, will manage the IT team.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Install, configure and optimize SAP Business One applications and solutions
• Customize SAP B1 using the standard functionalities or through the add-ons
• Train and support the users on SAP B1 and basic computer usage
• Ensure that the defined procedures are followed
• Identify the business/user needs and propose solutions
• Proactively identify the systems risks and escalate to the team leader
• Develop and maintain wifi and cable networks
• Implement backups
• Setup users and computers
• Manage an IT team if necessary

Required Skills or Experience

• 5+ years background in IT administration/ support or 2+ years background in SAP B1
• Undergraduate degree (information technology) would be beneficial

Technical and Behavioural Competencies

• Should have hands-on experience of implementing SAP Business One within a variety of companies and industries
• Experience with SQL and Crystal reports would be beneficial
• Some accounting and production understanding
• Remote desktop support/ assistance
• Wireless configuration and installation  
• Fluent written & spoken English is essential
• Be highly motivated with exceptional interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to exceed personal objectives, development and KPI targets.
• Ability to work within a team pursuing the defined goals
• Plans and organizes tasks and work responsibilities to achieve objectives.
• Ability to think analytically and be a problem solver.
• Must show flexibility with working hours as per the business requirements
