Our client, a reputable Private Security Company in Accra with operations in man guarding, tracking, and security devices seeks to employ an Operations Manager for its Accra office only.

Job Description

• Offer leadership and possess the ability to use his/her initiative to benefit the operations team across the country to attain corporate goals of client satisfaction, increase market shares, and profitability
• Supervise and manage the activities of the Operations Officers/Supervisors
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the quality of service
• Ensure that all contracts are properly serviced and sustained.
• Laise and coordinate with clients to ensure good and amiable working relationships
• Provide daily updates to the general manager on developments at the regions
• Ensure that operations team across the country satisfy clients’ needs and concerns

Required Skills or Experience

• At least a minimum of three (3) or more years’ experience in Security Company Operations is required
• The ideal candidate for the position as an operations Manager must have a first degree or an HND in any discipline from an accredited Tertiary Institution
• Ability to drive is an added advantage (must possess a valid driver’s license
