Job Description

A Reputable Multinational Organisation

JOB PURPOSE:

The successful applicant shall be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.

ROLE SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

⦁ Key focus on the development of Agent and Customer revenue generating activities leading to growth in the business revenue within the territory assigned.
⦁ Ensure Agents achieve subscriber acquisitions.
⦁ Ensure Agents’ training on product knowledge and audits are carried out.
 

Required Skills or Experience

 • Minimum of Degree/ HND in marketing or other related fields    
 • At least 2 years experience in IT or Telecommunications industry  
 • Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 • Good oral and written communication 

PERSON SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS:

⦁ Influential leadership and decision making skills.
⦁ Proactive individuals with a flexible and adaptable approach to their work.
⦁ Must be able to maintain business and customer confidentiality. 
⦁ Medium to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
⦁ Must possess excellent analytical and communication skills.
⦁ Must be able and willing to work a flexible schedule. 
⦁ Curious individual with a good appreciation of mobile money operations /emerging technologies.
