A performance driven Non-Bank Financial Institution seek to recruit an experienced, knowledgeable and passion driven young individual for the role of AML & Compliance Manager

• DEPARTMENT: COMPLIANCE 
• REPORTS TO: CEO

JOB PURPOSE
To ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Review policies and operational manuals and make recommendation to Management
• Responsible for BOG AML & Compliance reporting 
• Participate in preliminary fraud investigations
• Conduct quarterly AML trainings
• Submit weekly, monthly and quarterly regulatory (BOG) reports.
• Review transactions, processes and procedures to avoid regulatory sanctions.

Required Skills or Experience

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable University.
• At least two (2) years relevant experience in Compliance/ AML role preferable in the Savings and Loans sector.
• Candidate must be of high integrity, analytical, firm and detailed oriented.
• Candidate must have adequate knowledge of the Banking Act, Anti Money Laundering and other BOG regulations/polices.
