A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as Quantity Surveyors - Roads/Buildings

RESPONSIBILITIES

• (a) Estimating the material resource requirements for the works
• (b) Preparation of monthly valuation of works done
• (c) Assist the project manager in daily, weekly and monthly progress report preparation
• (d) Undertaking cost control activities on the project.
• (e) Ensuring that all variation orders and site instructions are well booked, costed and
• approved
• (f) Site measurements of work in progress
• (g) Management of subcontract accounts
• (h) Measurement of subcontract works and recommending payments to head office

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of first degree in Quantity Surveying/building technology/construction management or related field with minimum of 10 years’ experience or HND with 15 years experience
• Excellent communications skills.
• MS office
