Julinsco Enterprise is in the Paga motel that is owned by the Kassena Nankana West District Assembly and managed by Julinsco Enterprise.

Job Description

We are looking for a restaurant/Bar waitress to assist in the operation of our kitchen and bar.

Responsibilities include assisting the restaurant and bar in their operation. You will ensure receiving guests warmly and attending to their order requests.

Job Overview

• Maintain order efficiency and accuracy through clear communication with kitchen/bar staff.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with timely table check-ins to assess food and beverage needs.
• Carry out complete opening, closing and shift change duties to keep restaurant and bar working efficiently and teams ready to meet customer needs.
• Shared knowledge of menu items and flavors, enabling customers to make personal decisions based on taste and interest.
• Collect payments and dispensed change for cash transactions.
• Collaborated with kitchen/bar staff to correctly update customers on unavailable dishes or drinks and wait times.
• Display enthusiasm and promoted service to customers, in order to successfully increase referrals and walk-in business.
• Stayed up-to-date on menu changes to offer current and accurate information and help customers select optimal meal choices based on individual preferences.
• Greet new customers, discuss specials, take food/drink orders and build immediate positive connections with guests.
• Inspect dishes and utensils for cleanliness, sending back to be washed again when necessary.

Required Skills or Experience

• SHS/Diploma holder
• Proven work experience as a waitress
• Excellent customer service relations
