Job Description

The successful candidate will provide a first-class service to close sales and rental deals for properties available. He/She should be able to act as an intermediary between the company, tenants and landlords. The duties will include:

  1. Generate client leads to buy, sell, and rent property.
  2. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
  3. Prepare the necessary documents i.e. contracts, leases, deeds etc.
  4. Maintain and update listings of available properties on company’s website, and all relevant advertising agencies.
  5. Prepare and submit good proposals in order to sell properties to prospective customer.
  6. Submit weekly reports to management by collecting, analysing and summarizing information collected from the field.
  7. Ensure all documents on properties are valid before listing or proposing to a prospective customer.
  8. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate value for properties.
  9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  10. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
  11. Promote sales through advertisements and listing our services.
  12. Providing property management services for landlords.

Required Skills or Experience

  1. HND/Degree in real estate, property management or related filed
  2. Experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  4. Customer service and interpersonal skills
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication
  6. Excellent negotiation skills
  7. Ability to multitask efficiently
  8. Problem-solving abilities
