• Develop children into responsible adults
• Perform Case management
• liaise with caregivers, colleagues and other professionals to find appropriate interventions for each child in the home.
• Identifying the needs of each child and find solutions for them
• To arrange appropriate care, resources or benefits for each child
• Preparing children and their families towards reintegration
• Guide the primary care givers in caring for the children
• Teaching children
• Organising and Holding workshops
• Communicating with parents/guardians/schools/DSW
• Conducting social investigations and writing reports
• To hold workshops with children
• Administrative works

Required Skills or Experience

• Degree/Diploma in Social Work,
• Minimum of 3 years working experience in a social organization  
• Proficient knowledge of general IT systems and applications including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• High accuracy and quality focused mind-set
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Deep knowledge of the phenomenon of street children
• Ability to manage diversity in a socio-cultural context
• Commitment to the ethics and values of the social work profession
• A passion for our Mission
• Ability to speak Twi and/or another Ghanaian language, preferably Ga, Ewe or a northern dialect will be an advantage.
• Experience in working with children will be an added advantage.
