Total Family Health Organisation (TFHO) is an indigenous Ghanaian social marketing organization duly registered in accordance with the laws of Ghana on February 1, 2017. We work to improve the health of people living in Ghana primarily through implementation of innovative evidence-based interventions that increases access to and utilization of health products and services in a measurable and impactful way. Our key intervention areas include Family Planning and Reproductive Health, Maternal, New-born, and Child Health (RMNCH), communicable and noncommunicable diseases, Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), nutrition, and malaria. We utilize our deep insight and skills in Social and Behaviour Change Communication (SBCC) and social marketing to promote positive social and behavior change among individuals and communities.

Job Description

Objective: The objective of this retainer contract is to provide comprehensive legal services to TFHO

Key Tasks

1. Offer written legal advice to TFHO as and when the need arises.
2. Reply to all legal correspondence on behalf of TFHO.
3. Represent TFHO in all legal disputes, if any.
4. Assist TFHO in the application(s) or any regulatory approvals, permits and or licenses where needed.
5. Review and drafting of contracts involving TFHO.

Payment Schedule

• Payment under this agreement will be made on monthly retainer basis.
• Type of contract resulting from RFP: Firm fixed pricing
• Preliminary evaluations of proposal:
  • All Consultants/firms will be required to submit adequate information showing the proposer is qualified to perform the required services:
  • Vendor Audit form (ATTACHMENT 1).
  • Valid Business registration documents (Certificate for Commence business and Certificate of Incorporation)
