Job Description

  • JOB TITLE: Customer Service Executive
  • LOCATION: Sunyani
  • REPORTS DIRECTLY TO: Branch Manager
 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Providing Customer Service
  • Handle walk in clients and visitors
  • Telephone Services
  • Capturing of Micro Insurance cases
  • Receipting & Banking
  • General Administrative duties
  • Generate monthly report
  • Claims Administration
  • Any other duties that may be assigned
LEVEL OF AUTHORITY
  • No level of authority. 
  • Directly report to Head, Operation

Required Skills or Experience

Educational Qualification
A minimum of First Degree
 
Specific Working Experience
A minimum of 3 years as a Customer Service Executive
