Job Description

Key deliverables
  • Collect, sort, distribute or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries
  • Supervise the cleaning of the office and ensure the general appearance of the office is well-maintained.
  • Taking messages and relaying them to the relevant recipients
  • Liaise with repairmen for the fixing of minor problems in the office.
  • Ensure all stationery, office supplies and consumables are readily available for the efficient running of the office.
  • Other duties as may be assigned by the MD from time to time

Required Skills or Experience

Qualification
  • Maximum of a Higher National Diploma, Minimum of a Senior High School Certificate.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years cognate working experience in a similar role within a corporate organization.
Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
