A reputable construction firm in Ghana seek the services of various professionals in the construction industry as: Financial Controller

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overseeing the flow of cash and financial instruments
• Planning and directing the activities of workers in branches or departments
• Preparing reports as required by law, regulations or company policies
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and procedures.
• Reviewing financial reports, monitoring accounts, and preparing activity reports and financial forecasts
• Filing of company returns to relevant bodies and prepare termly financial statements
• Creating cost centers for projects and activities and ensuring that project costs are controlled within budget

Required Skills or Experience

• A minimum of first degree in BCOM/Accounting /fully chartered with CA/ACCA with minimum of 7 years’ experience
• Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
• Excellent communications skills.
• MS office
