Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Partner, the role will be responsible for planning and managing projects.  

Job Responsibilities will include:

  • Project planning, research and implementation.
  • Negotiation and interactions with high-level clients
  • Undertaking field services and project tasks
  • Developing analytical reports and delivering presentations to clients
  • Managing the project team and showing leadership 
  • Pursuing and securing new business for the company

Required Skills or Experience

  • Strong first degree from a recognized university
  • Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Governance, Law etc
  • Minimum of 5 years senior-level experience.
  • Familiarity with local terrain and international experience
  • Knowledgeable, good thinker and highly analytical
  • Ability to deliver to client requirements, on time and to the company’s quality standards 
  • Excellent communicator and competent report writer
  • Leadership and teamwork capabilities
  • Ability to work full time weekdays/weekends
