Job Description

• Addressing in  professional, timely manner all customer queries or complaints
• Preparation of all kinds of food engaged by the company
• Working knowledge of food services and implemented changes of menu’s
• Ensuring consistency of delivery
• Ensure correct transactions and orders are sent to the appropriate person in charge
• Food quality is up to a standard worthy of praise. (Well garnished, good taste etc.)
• Ensure all refrigerated products are maintained at correct temperature
• Monitoring of product quality and rotation in line with use-by dates of product
• Re-stocking, cleaning of work station throughout shift
• Employee applies safety rules and regulations demanded of the position (hair net, safety boots, hand gloves etc.)
• Reporting any irregularities or illegal activities

• Helping in any area of the location when circumstances dictate location
