Job Description

Job Purpose

To support Head of Sales, Regional Sales Manager and Sales Estimators by administering the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide full admin support to the team and department 
  2. Perform data-entry, documentation, printing and filling duties
  3. Maintain a proper and user friendly filling and document control system for recording and tracking of all documents 
  4. Support the officers in daily admin roles and to keep stock of stationary supplies for the department
  5. Put up purchase requests for all approved purchases for the necessary approvals and verify invoices for the raised purchases upon delivery of goods and services.
  6. Create and maintain useful databases for the department
  7. Perform some research duties as and when required by the team
  8. Assist the Dept head to maintain a proper attendance and tracking report for the Dept.
  9. Assist on any ad-hoc tasks as required by the dept. 
  10. Provide secretarial assistance to Head of Department, Regional Manager producing quotation letters, memos, reports, filing; and general administration for the sales department/company.
  11. Should be thorough with all administrative tasks.
  12. Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  13. Produce weekly and monthly reports for management within required deadlines.

  2. Must have knowledge of computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point.
  3. Experience in document control management
  4. Pleasant personality with good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Proactive, take initiative and well organized
  6. Able to work fast under pressure
  7. Mature, with an attention to detail
  8. Ability to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.

  1. Job Location: Denyame, Kumasi (Ghana)
  2. Successful candidates will have periodic paid visits to the United Kingdom
